Ursula Pottinga, Co-Founder and President of Everest Hospitality Consulting is a successful leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the hospitality, real estate and leadership development field. After completing her education in her native Germany, she started her career in the Hospitality Industry with Hilton International in London and Brussels, followed by leadership positions with Commonwealth Hospitality in England. She is known for delivering authentic, high quality leadership and service trainings and creating unforgettable experiences for guests, as well as supporting staff and owners. After acquiring her Real-Estate license in Canada, she formed a very successful partnership with one of the top REMAX agents in Toronto, Canada. Ursula is also the co-founder of Above The Line Leadership and is recognized as a committed, insightful and creative communicator, workshop leader and Executive coach. She received her Master Coach certification in 2002 and has been invited to speak at several International Seminars. She co-created Americoach, a non profit organization, providing leadership training and coaching for young leaders in non-profit and service organizations. She is passionate about bringing intentionality and consciousness to businesses and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.

Lori Palm is a Consultant and modern-day muse inspiring passion, purpose and possibilities. An entrepreneur for over 35 years, she sees the unseen business opportunities everywhere. Her diverse experience spans a Series 7 license in the financial services industry to starting an ostrich ranch in Minnesota. In 1993 Lori founded Palm Productions, LLC, a company dedicated to personal and professional development for the 21st century. She is also President and co-founder of Lori Principle, LLC, a company that turns what you know into money.
Lori Palm is the inventor of Core Passion and developed the Passion Portal Assessment Tool with her husband Wes Hamilton. She continues to conduct research and development generating new knowledge about Core Passion and business alchemy focusing on human capital.

Ann Betz has both a passion and a gift for making teachings and theory real, understandable and powerfully applicable in day-to-day life. A certified coach and experienced trainer, Ann is the co-founder and former executive director of the non-profit organization AmeriCoach, which provides leadership development and training for young leaders engaged in community service.
Over the past seven years, Ann has developed and led numerous workshops on using coaching skills in the workplace, effective leadership, the power of living from love instead of fear, trusting your inner wisdom, and creativity. She has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, school districts, and volunteer programs on strategic planning, team building, and leadership. Since 2005, she has lived in Costa Rica with her family, where she coaches, leads retreats, and is writing a book about living above the line. Lori L. Lorenz is an information architect and knowledge strategist specializing in intellectual property and information technology. Her 20 years of information technology experience and active research in the management of technology generates profitable strategies for managing intellectual property.
Her experience spans corporate life at Providian Corporation in Louisville Kentucky as an Information Technology Consultant, to entrepreneurial life as a web designer and business consultant in Minneapolis. She also has experience transforming business processes in multiple industries including newspaper publishing, book publishing, DOD uranium foundry, financial/insurance industry, computer retail, network infrastructure, photography and fashion.
Lori is currently focusing on developing Core Passion Factor assessment tools for business that convert intuitive processes into measurable and explicit knowledge. |

Jetse Pottinga, Co-Founder and Member of the Advisory Board of Everest Hospitality Consulting is a results-driven, effective and seasoned Hospitality Industry Expert. He is recognized as an accomplished and authentic leader with a proven record of performance in competitive markets. His North American experience includes Canada, where he had operating responsibilities for as many as 35 hotels, while working for Commonwealth Hospitality, a multi brand hotel company.(Crowne Plaza, Radisson and Holiday Inn hotels). During his tenure with Carlson Hotels Worldwide (Regent, Radisson and Park Plaza hotels), he used his skills as a first class communicator and negotiator with franchisees, owners and customers. As a Regional Vice President for Carlson Hotels Worldwide, his area of responsibility included the US East and West coasts, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and Asia.

Jim’s career has been all about CHANGE.
From the University of New Hampshire to the field and Corporate positions with Omni Hotels, to the Board of Directors for Small Luxury Hotels and for 17 years establishing a consultancy enterprise all focused on Partnership and Collaboration.
Jim has spent a lot of time in the Northeast Kingdom and has worked with us at The Wildflower Inn as well as The Stepping Stone Spa.
CHANGE:
From being an employee to being self-employed.
From being a sole proprietor to a full fledged Partner with DMCs, Benchmark Hospitality and of course, with the New England Innkeeper’s Association.
From being an observer to being a Driver - designing a new culture for the DMC Network, Grand Theme Hotels and The Department of Tourism – USVirgin Islands.
Jim’s success in Consulting Services has been established by focusing on Change and Leadership Development and a lot of his time is now spent on Personal and Professional Coaching.
